Movement restoration leader, Original Strength adds Instructor in Monterey, CA

October 12, 2015 -  Original Strength Systems, LLC, Fuquay Varina, NC welcomes new Monterey, CA area Instructor to growing family of certified movement restoration instructors.

Seth Munsey of Iron Republic Fitness  is the latest to have completed the year long process of becoming an Instructor under Original Strength’s Instructor Certification process.  Tim Anderson, Co-Founder of Original Strength and Co-author of Pressing RESET, Original Strength Reloaded welcomed Munsey into the OS Family this past week.  

Anderson praised Munsey for “his passion, dedication and overall commitment to helping people of all physical abilities and ages to restore their bodies and minds to how they were created to be by teaching them to Press RESET.” Anderson also added “Seth is one we’ve been rooting for. He has a real passion for helping people.”

Munsey was excited when he received the news.  He said "Beginning from my initial exposure to Original Strength at their first workshop under the OS Banner in June, 2013, I knew it was something special. I began to implement it right away in all my training programs and my clients flourished. OS is part of the culture at my facility, Iron Republic. I know how much of an impact it has had in my life and the life of my clients, and I humbled to have the ability to help spread the message of OS to the rest of the world. Thank you so much to Tim, Geoff, Dani, John, and the rest of the OS Family for giving me the opportunity to help share the message that we were made to move!"

Geoff Neupert (co-founder of Original Strength and co-author of several books with Anderson as well as numerous other books on his own), observed Munsey as he completed the final step in becoming an OS Instructor, this past weekend at a Pressing RESET workshop in Dallas, TX.  Neupert Said of Munsey “It was a very proud moment, knowing we are passing the torch to such a talented individual. I highly recommend him as an OS Instructor”.
