We can't hide the truth any longer. There is a reason that the Original Strength resets works so well. They solidify your center.
Energy travels through solids better than hollow objects. For example, you can hit a real golf ball farther than you can a whiffle golf ball. And, The more solid the object, the better energy travels through it. For another example, if you put your ear against a wooden door, and someone knocks on the other side, that knock will sound pretty loud. However, if you put your ear against a metal door, and someone knocks on the other side, that knock will sound much louder.
