Doug considers himself a student of movement who enjoys sharing his knowledge with others.  He believes Original Strength provides a simple yet powerful approach that allows anyone to restore or upgrade their movement potential and overall health.  OS continues to help him on his own journey of self-improvement after experiencing several injuries throughout the years due to an active lifestyle.  Doug played a variety of organized sports growing up and currently enjoys practicing martial arts.  In addition to Original Strength, he also holds certifications in multiple movement modalities.
