Course Refunds
If you are sick, have a family emergency, or have another unforeseeable situation arise, we will credit you towards another course if you let us know at least 24 hours prior to the course. If you’d like to attend a different course instead, we will put your payment as a credit towards a different course of your choice. Credit must be redeemed within 6 months of the original course date.
If you request a refund at least 90 days prior to your original registered course, it will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
Product Returns
You are able to return items within 15 days from the day you receive your purchase. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, and/or UNUSED condition. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Course Cancellations
In the event that Original Strength must cancel a course, we will completely refund you your money. We will also allow you to reschedule a course if you would rather choose another to attend. We will let you know at least 7 days prior to the course unless there is a disaster of some sort, which renders our course and surrounding environment hazardous to any participants.
